Amritha is an ardent proponent of universal education. In collaboration with government officials and education sector leaders, Amritha has worked diligently to promote innovation and technology, as well as to develop and recommend bilateral strategies to equip businesses and empower the education sector to meet the challenges of the future of work and education at scale to all.

Over the course of the last two decades, Amritha has held various leadership roles as Director of consulting firms. During her career, she has led the turnaround of businesses, worked in an internal advisory capacity at mining giant Rio Tinto, and provided international HR advice to 150+ multinationals across the globe. She has spearheaded marketing and business growth initiatives, achieving significant growth and delivery milestones. Amritha currently leads the APAC Client Advocacy, Strategy & Operations for global technology organisation Gartner.

Amritha is a certified CPA and graduate of the Business School at the University of Sydney. Additionally, she has attained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, completed a Women in Technology – Board Readiness Program, and a Women and Leadership – Executive Ready Program. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of incluude, a Diversity and Inclusion learning platform.
