Sharbani Dhar GAICD is the Founder and CEO of DotInfinity, an Australian advisory firm that helps manufacturers, technology companies and innovation-led organisations identify market opportunities and build trusted partnership pathways between Australia and India. Working across industry, government and academia, she specialises in cross-border strategy, strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems that translate bilateral ambition into commercially viable outcomes.

She is also the Co-Founder of the Australia–India Innovation Corridor (AIIC), connecting universities, entrepreneurs and industry across both countries to foster innovation, accelerate cross-border entrepreneurship and create stronger pathways for emerging founders.

With more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise transformation, human-centred design and technology strategy, Sharbani has held leadership roles with organisations including Australia Post and Telstra. Today, her work sits at the intersection of manufacturing, technology and international trade, helping organisations navigate complex growth opportunities through trusted partnerships.

Sharbani serves as a Consumer Advisor to Monash Health and is a member of the Asian Australian Voices program, one of only 21 Australians selected by the Minister for Foreign Affairs to contribute to Australia’s national dialogue on engagement with Asia. Her work on Australia–India collaboration has informed Parliamentary inquiries and been featured in the Australian Financial Review and The Canberra Times.

As a Council Member of the Australia India Business Council (AIBC), she is committed to strengthening economic ties between Australia and India by fostering partnerships that create lasting commercial and innovation outcomes.
