Sameer Arora is an insightful, results-driven, and commercially astute Sales and Business Development professional with over 20 years of experience across the outsourcing and offshoring industry, spanning BPO, consulting, media, financial services, publishing, and digital services.

During his prior tenure with AIBC, Sameer managed the NSW, ACT, and National Secretariats, headed the ICT Chapter, and served as Vice President and President of the NSW Chapter. He co-designed the strategic white paper “AIBC – The Way Forward” and led sponsorship efforts that brought on board partners including NIB, still an active national sponsor today.

Outside AIBC, Sameer led NASSCOM Australia for six years and currently holds end-to-end ownership of partner relationships across ANZ at Drake Business Logistics, spanning onboarding, market awareness, and pipeline development. His board-level experience gives him a distinct edge networking with government and private sector entities, and his expertise spans contract negotiation, event and project management, and team leadership.

Returning after a break of over two years, Sameer brings fresh perspective and deep institutional knowledge. For the 2026–2028 term, he is focused on quality membership growth, a stronger sponsorship pipeline, and high-value industry engagement reflecting the maturity of the bilateral relationship.
