Associate Professor Dhara Shah is the Director of Partnerships and Engagement for the Public Sector and the Director of the Women Entrepreneurship Research Alliance at Deakin University. She has been with the Higher Education sector for over 15 years. She has successfully designed and delivered 11 complex interdisciplinary projects (approximately A$2.5 million), including an Australian Government project to empower older precarious women through entrepreneurial journeys and five DFAT-funded Australia Awards and Fellowships.

Dhara has published in numerous high-ranking journals, including the International Journal of HRM, Journal of Business Research, Journal of International Management, and Journal of World Business, among others. Additionally, she has written policy reports, briefs, and blogs addressing critical aspects of her work.
