Molina Asthana
Molina is an experienced commercial lawyer having practiced at top-tier Australian law firms, the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office and the Supreme Court of India. Molina is the Chair of Gymnastics Victoria and also serves on the boards of AFL South East Commission and Table Tennis Victoria. She is also the founder of the NFP Multicultural Women in Sport.
She is a member of the Australian Sports Commission Sport Volunteer Coalition and a member of the Football Federation of Victoria Tribunal and the Victorian Amateur Football Association Tribunal and has recently been appointed a Change her Game Ambassador by the Victorian Government.
Molina was the first South Asian woman to be elected President-Elect of the Law Institute of Victoria and continues to be on its board. She is also the National President of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and serves on various boards including AMES Australia, Graduate House of the University of Melbourne and Good Shepherd ANZ. She has received multiple awards for her work including the Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence twice.
