Tim is the Chief Operating Officer for The George Institute for Global Health, a medical research institute in Sydney with major centres in China, India and the UK. The Institute focuses on reducing the burden of chronic disease and injury, and its research has driven major improvements in the prevention and treatment of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease, and many other conditions globally.

Tim is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the health, property and services industries. At the Institute, Tim manages all global operations and attends overseas delegations of the Australian Government.

Tim is former COO and CFO of top 50 ASX-listed Mirvac Group, previously working for the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and PwC. Tim is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Property Institute.
