AIBC extend our sincere thanks to Prime Minister Hon Anthony Albanese for officially launching AIBC’s 40th anniversary celebrations at Parliament House in Canberra. We also acknowledge Assistant Minister Dr Andrew Charlton MP and Assistant Foreign Minister Matt Thistlethwaite MP for their presence and continued support of the Australia–India partnership.
Reflecting on this milestone, the Prime Minister captured it beautifully: “For an organisation to last 40 years is never simply the dividend of good luck. It is hard work — the result of the ambition, determination, dedication and the sheer hard work of an entire army of people.”
Since 1986, the AIBC has worked tirelessly to connect businesses, open markets, and build lasting bonds between our two nations. To have the Prime Minister mark this occasion with us is both an honour and an inspiration.
