Farewell for Archana Singh, former Honorary Consul General in Queensland

Our Queensland Chapter hosted a farewell in Brisbane on 7 June 2024 for Mrs Archana Singh, the former Honorary Consul General for India in Queensland.

Mrs Singh has made an invaluable impact on nurturing the bilateral relationship and supporting the diaspora for over 13 years. She is deeply respected for her leadership, vision and dedication.

Mrs Singh has moved on from her honorary position as India has established a Consulate in Brisbane earlier this year.

Senior leaders from government, business and diaspora joined the event, including the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, officials from the Indian Consulate, Redland City Council, The University of Queensland, Springfield City Group, BRAVUS, Mahindra Group, Ashurst, EY, Parsram Foods and many others from the community.
