Invest India Visits Queensland with AIBC

Australia India Business Council (AIBC) was delighted to host Invest India‘s first visit to Queensland last week.

Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency for the
Government of India under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Our Queensland Chapter worked on bringing Invest India to the state, facilitating interactions with 40+ businesses and key stakeholders to explore in-market entry, co-location and scale-up pathways in India.

Invest India was led by national leadership team-member Vinod Subramanian, along with Romil Ravi, Sector Lead for Metals, Mining & Chemicals and @Yashika Khurana – Lead, ASEAN & Oceania.

Key discussion themes: rising post-AI-ECTA interest, streamlined ease-of-doing-business, targeted incentives, and opportunities across Energy, Education & Skilling, Metals & Mining, Pharma & Biotech, Food & Agri, Defence & Aerospace, and Electronics & Tech.
