With deep experience across cross-border trade, investment facilitation, and industry engagement, Irfan is known for connecting high-growth companies, startups, and institutional stakeholders to opportunities across key sectors including advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, health, clean energy and agribusiness.
Based in Sydney, he is a strong advocate for regional industry clusters and global market access. He actively works to enable Australian businesses to scale into India and supports Indian enterprises in navigating successful market entry into Australia, fostering sustainable, two-way investment and innovation pathways.
Irfan has facilitated and supported the market launch of several businesses between Australia and India, and played a key role in entrepreneurship initiatives for capacity building, including facilitating Australia India Innovation bridge activities. He sits on a few organisational boards and is also a well-recognised multicultural diaspora community leader, working closely with the Indian Consulate General, Sydney and various local/global multicultural community-support based organisations.
