John Phillips is the founder of AccessAU, a Brisbane-based leadership development practice that helps organisations grow their people intentionally. He has more than 30 years of experience across the Australia-India corridor, having lived and worked in both countries in business development, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement with multinational organisations across Australia, Asia Pacific and India.

A Chemical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, John is a Maxwell Leadership certified trainer, speaker and coach. Through AccessAU he facilitates leadership programs for business owners and executives, and works with organisations seeking to establish or expand their presence in Australia.
