A business and workforce transformation leader with 25 years of experience turning complex national challenges into scalable, high-impact programs, Jyo brings deep expertise across India, the US, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australia.

As the Architect of FutureSkills Prime at NASSCOM, she conceived and built India’s first AI-powered national digital skilling platform from the ground up, upskilling 4M+ citizens across 28 states, unifying 60+ EdTech and industry platforms including AWS, Microsoft and Cisco into a single national learning journey. The program was ranked among the top 3 globally by the European Commission for economic impact and employment linkage, partnered with 230+ colleges and universities, and bridged the gap between institutional education and industry employment at national scale. She has also served as an Advisor to the Government of India, Department of Science and Technology, on improving gender ratios in STEM and served on the leadership team of Sector Skills Council, IT-ITes, India. 

Over nearly 20 years with GE across Oil and Gas, Healthcare and Financial Services, she held progressive leadership roles spanning operations, supply chain and enterprise transformation, before serving as Director of GCC, IT and Managed Services, governing $500M in BPO and IT managed services contracts across 20 global partners. Her GE career took her across the US, India, Saudi Arabia and Europe, where she delivered $85M in supply chain savings, improved operational accuracy from 37% to 90%, and stood up the first all-women IT centre in Saudi Arabia from zero to 3,000 employees across 15 global processes. At Genpact, she went on to serve as Lead Solutions Architect for business and digital transformation programs across BFSI, healthcare and manufacturing, partnering with clients across APAC, North America and Europe, and negotiating $70M in additional revenue for a global client while simultaneously reducing their costs by 20%.

Jyo currently serves as an Advisor to Future Skills Organisation, a Jobs and Skills Council of Australia, contributing to the national VET and workforce agenda. She also volunteers with Yirigaa, running technology hackathons for First Nations students to build digital skills and open pathways into the technology sector.

She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Program Management Professional and did her Masters at New York University, Stern school of business and BIT, Mesra, Ranchi. She is based in Melbourne.
