Nisha Bajaj is the Founder and Director of The Splendor Homes Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based luxury residential construction company renowned for delivering bespoke homes of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. A Registered Builder, entrepreneur, and strategic business leader, she brings over two decades of experience across construction, project leadership, business development, and client advisory.

Nisha also serves as a Director of Industry Skills Training Australia (ISTA), an industry-led organisation committed to redefining workforce development in Australia. She believes the true measure of education is not the qualification awarded, but the value graduates create in the workplace. By connecting employers, educators and industry experts, ISTA transforms employer expectations into practical learning experiences that produce confident, capable and job-ready graduates while helping industry address critical workforce challenges.

Beyond her business achievements, Nisha is a passionate advocate for strengthening Australia–India commercial and community relationships. She believes that meaningful partnerships, innovation, and collaboration are the foundation of sustainable economic growth and stronger bilateral ties.

Nisha is dedicated to empowering women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and construction through mentorship, advocacy, and creating opportunities that encourage greater participation in industries where women have traditionally been underrepresented. She has served on industry advisory groups, supports numerous community initiatives, and was recently appointed to the Australia India Business Council Victoria Committee, where she is committed to advancing business engagement, supporting members, and strengthening connections between Australia and India.
