Nisha also serves as a Director of Industry Skills Training Australia (ISTA), an industry-led organisation committed to redefining workforce development in Australia. By connecting employers, educators and industry experts, ISTA transforms employer expectations into practical learning experiences that produce confident, capable and job-ready graduates while helping industry address critical workforce challenges.
