Radhika Kanhai
Radhika is an experienced business professional, currently a partner of national law firm, Moray & Agnew Lawyers, based in Melbourne, has been a partner at other firms for the last 10 years and has practised as a lawyer for over 25 years.
She is an expert and leader in her field, specialising in commercial disputes, financial restructuring and insolvency. She has held leadership roles, both as a partner at three commercial law firms and for not -for profit organisations, serving on the board of a community legal centre and as President of an industry organisation.
In her various professional and volunteer roles, she has made many connections with high profile businesses and professionals working towards serving the interests of the Australia and India relationship. She is passionate about advancing the Australia India bilateral partnership and is the current Australia India Business Council President for the Victorian Chapter.
Radhika has received many awards and recognition for her various roles most notably as a finalist in the category of Business Leader of the Year in the 2024 Awards for the India Australia Business & Community Alliance and as the winner of the Legal Excellence Award in the Australia Today International Women’s Day 2025 Awards. She has been recognised for
eight consecutive years in the Doyles Guide of leading lawyers in her area of practice. She has also been a mentor for the Asian Australian Lawyers Association, Law Institute of Victoria and Women in Insolvency and Restructuring and was a finalist in the mentor of the year category in the Australian Law Awards 2021.
